Introducing HITCARB 4 Flute Variable Pitch ALTIN Coated High Performance End Mills!
HITCARB is our own line of 4 Flute Variable Pitch ALTIN Coated Solid Carbide End Mills. These End Mills are Manufactured Locally in the USA on Brand New CNC Tool Grinders and also Coated Locally using the Latest ALTIN Coating for Heat Resistance and Tool Life! We only use Sub-Micron Grade Carbide and use a Fine Grit Wheel to Finish Grind the Flutes to reduce friction when milling for Better Performance (below is an image of the Finish of the Tool off the Grinder before Coating). We have tested in 1018 & 4140 Steels as well as 316 Stainless and every tool has tested excellent plus it is priced right!
